We offer lifeguarding roles (with an NPLQ) or roles where you can shadow experienced teachers and assist during lessons. We always look for potential and are willing to train people who show the right qualities.

What we look for in our teachers
Requirements
You must be aged 16 or over to work as a swimming teacher. We may consider teaching assistants who are younger and show enthusiasm.
