We’re always looking for talented people to join our team of teachers and help make a difference to children’s lives. Swimming teachers at Hayley’s should be approachable, friendly, and thrive on seeing children achieve their potential.

We offer lifeguarding roles (with an NPLQ) or roles where you can shadow experienced teachers and assist during lessons. We always look for potential and are willing to train people who show the right qualities.

Requirements

✅
You must be aged 16 or over to work as a swimming teacher. We may consider teaching assistants who are younger and show enthusiasm.
✅
You must pass an enhanced DBS background check, as you will be working with children.
