Work for us

Come work with a great team and help children learn a life-saving skill!

We’re always looking for talented people to join our team of teachers and help make a difference to children’s lives. Swimming teachers should be approachable, friendly and thrive on seeing children achieve their potential. In return, we offer competitive pay and hours that fit around your life outside of swim teaching.

Not qualified? We can offer lifeguarding roles (with an NPLQ) or roles where you can shadow experienced teachers and act as an assistant during lessons. We always look for potential and are willing to train potential teachers who show they have the qualities we’re looking for in a swimming teacher. For details of how we train our teachers, you can look at our last teacher induction programme (Intake from September each year).
